The Childbirth Preparation antenatal classes at Mother & Child were hugely informative and it was there that we made our first great “baby group” friends. Mother & Child provided the most wonderful support network after our baby was born with Well baby drop-ins and Meet-up-Mondays gathering. These were central to our social life and my sanity and we made special friends for life in the postnatal groups.

HypnoBirthing® classes with Isa, prepared us for the birth of our baby, by reflecting on the meaning we wanted to attach to this special moment and by deconstructing fears and perceived ideas, which we may have consciously or unconsciously integrated. The sessions were extremely interesting and positive. They truly fulfilled our expectations. We learnt and used relaxation techniques and built a very positive expectation around birth, without any fear and apprehension. The birth went very well.
