Hypnobirthing class was an amazing experience. The course instructor prepared us so well. I highly recommend this class if you are hoping for a gentle and relaxed natural birth. I have to confess that I wasn't so sure when I heard for the first time that Jacqui was planning a natural and "no drugs" delivery. I thought that this was from my "mum's time". Hypnobirthing opened our mind and...yeah, our (your) body is just fantastic!!!! In our case, I was also super surprised to see how Jacqui was relaxed, confident, and aware of what was happening from the moment that the surges started. She prepared us so well and I can highly recommend this class if you are hoping for a gentle and relaxed natural birth.
