For Dads
Practical workshops. Honest conversations. Real skills.
Support for the transition into fatherhood - before and after baby arrives.
No fluff. No judgment. No being treated like an afterthought.
Fatherhood Changes You Too
No one really talks enough about:
how overwhelming the first few months can feel
the identity shift into becoming a father
relationship changes after baby arrives
the pressure to keep functioning while exhausted
feeling helpless when your partner is struggling
how lonely new fatherhood can sometimes be
And yet these experiences are incredibly common.
The Dad Space exists to support fathers through that transition - practically and emotionally.
Offering #1: Dad Skills

Why Mother & Child?
For over 30 years, Mother & Child Singapore has supported families through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum life.
The Dad Space extends that support intentionally toward fathers.
Our team includes medically and nursing-trained professionals, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, counsellors and postpartum specialists who work closely with families every day.
We have seen where fathers thrive. And we have seen where they are often left unsupported.
This space was built to change that..
Your Questions, Answered

No. These sessions are intentionally father-focused.

Dad Skills is an educational workshop.
The Dad Room is a facilitated support space, not individual therapy. -

Then you are probably exactly the kind of father this space was built for.
