Mother and Child offers comprehensive postnatal support including IBCLC lactation consultations, postnatal yoga and Pilates, baby massage, Baby Cafe weekly drop-in sessions, Mindful Mums wellbeing support, baby developmental assessments, introduction to solids classes, and caregiver training. All services are available at our Tanglin Mall centre.

Does Mother and Child Singapore offer caregiver and helper training?

Yes. Mother and Child offers specialised caregiver training courses for domestic helpers, nannies, and grandparents including Cradle Care (newborn care), First Aid for Helpers (infant CPR and emergency response, available in English, Burmese, and Bahasa Indonesia), the Essential Caregivers Bundle, and Mary Poppins Conscious Nanny Training.
