Christina was a true champion yesterday. It was powerful to see her remain completely calm during the surges. Lots of work that led to a beautiful result. Hypnobirthing mums are the strongest!

We only learned about HypnoBirthing® during our search for a prenatal class, and we immediately liked the very positive and empowering approach to childbirth. Despite having to go for a medically indicated caesarean, we had an extremely positive birth experience together with our daughter. Based on the ideas and the techniques we learnt in the class, we decided to take charge and make it the birth we wanted. The relaxations, the breathing techniques and the visualizations helped us during the course of the pregnancy and also during the birth to focus and to enjoy the whole experience. Big thank you to Isa who helped us prepare and is a great support to us.

I was part of the hypnobirthing session with Isa. I didn't know anything about hypnobirthing before starting and I've been so surprised! Thanks to Isa and the preparation, I've given birth to my daughter in a wonderful relaxed environment. We are just so glad we were part of this preparation. What I loved the most is that my husband was 100% involved in the preparation so he did know exactly how to support me when I gave birth. My daughter is a very relaxed baby and we are already thinking about having a large family :-) A big thanks to Isa who was a very important person in this birth, since the process to give birth starts during the pregnancy and not in the delivery room :-).
