Prenatal & Postpartum for Yoga and Pilates at Mother and Child Singapore

Movement during pregnancy and after birth isn’t about “getting back” or pushing harder. It’s about feeling supported, strong, and safe in a changing body.

At Mother & Child Singapore, our yoga and Pilates classes are designed specifically for expecting and new mothers, guided by experienced instructors who understand pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
