Prenatal Yoga & Pilates

Our prenatal sessions focus on gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to:

  • Improve flexibility and posture

  • Strengthen the pelvic floor

  • Relieve lower back pain and pregnancy-related discomfort

  • Prepare your body and mind for childbirth

  • Enjoy a supportive, safe space to connect with your growing baby and your changing body.

Yoga : Tuesday 10:00 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM or Sunday 10:30 AM.
Pilates : Tuesday 1.30 PM.

Postnatal Yoga & Pilates

Reconnect with your body after birth through restorative, strengthening movements focused on:

  • Core rehabilitation and pelvic floor recovery

  • Managing diastasis recti and postnatal challenges

  • Rebuilding stability, strength, and energy

  • Fostering mindful self-care in your new chapter


All postpartum classes are baby-friendly — you’re welcome to attend with or without your little one.

Yoga : Tuesday 11.15 AM, Sunday 9:30 AM.
Pilates : Tuesday 12.30 PM.
