I have been for prenatal and postnatal yoga classes with Kaaveri at Mother and Child for about 1.5 years. I loved every hour of yoga with her. I started with prenatal yoga when I was about 3 months pregnant. It was the perfect exercise for me. A workout but at the same time relaxing. Exactly what I needed during pregnancy. Kaaveri found the right mixture of pushing us and if necessary correcting our poses while taking extra consideration of any pregnancy related problems. A few weeks after having my wonderful baby boy, I needed some exercise again. Postnatal yoga was great. It was a wonderful experience to go to yoga together with my boy. Kaaveri encouraged us to integrate our babies into our workout and showed us how we could do it and seeing how they reacted. It was simply amazing. At the same time it was sometimes just perfect to take some me time and leave my boy with my husband and concentrate on myself. Yoga with Kaaveri was very empowering and will be the standard by which I will compare any future yoga class whether it is prenatal, postnatal or any other yoga class.
