We offer Prenatal Pilates classes to all Mothers-to-be after the 12th week of pregnancy. We advise you to  check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. We offer attractive packages which you can purchase online or at our office when you attend the class.

Prenatal Pilates strengthens and helps you relax during pregnancy. Benefits include:

  •  Regulates breathing pattern to stay focused and relaxed for labour
