CLASS TIMINGS:

Postpartum Pilates

  • Tuesday: 12.30pm

Prenatal Pilates

  • Tuesdays: 1:30 pm

  • Trial Class: $35 (Single use only)

  • 1 Class: $48

  • 4 Classes: $180 (Each class $45)

  • 8 Classes: $336 (Each class $42)

  • 16 Classes: $560 (Each class $35)

Important Information:

  • Class packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Pre-booking is required by 5:00 PM the day before to help us allocate a teacher. Classes may be rescheduled if fewer than two participants are registered.

  • In the event of a cancellation due to low enrolment, registered participants will be notified at least 6 hours before the class start time.

  • Medical clearance is advised: Please check with your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any Pilates program.

  • Postpartum classes are baby-friendly: You’re welcome to attend with or without your baby.

  • Flexible packages: Packages can be used for both Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates sessions.
