New Mums Get Together
Fridays, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
2-hour sessions for all new mothers (first-time, second-time, third-time and beyond!) and their babies.
Gather, share tips, enjoy cake and cookies, and hear from expert speakers on topics like pelvic floor health, mental wellness, parenting, sleep, and play.
Prenatal Yoga & Pilates
Recommended to start after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Gentle, strengthening classes to support you through your pregnancy journey.
Postpartum Yoga & Pilates
Recommended to start 6 weeks after a natural birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
Focus on rebuilding strength, stability, and restoring energy safely after birth.
Mums & Bubs / Postpartum Yoga
50-minute session designed for postpartum recovery.
Open to mums 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their doctor.
Bring your pre-crawling baby along! Exercises can be done with or without your little one.
Focus on healing lower back, wrist, and pelvic floor issues with a relaxed, supportive approach.
Small, intimate classes (max 7 students) for personalised attention and a strong sense of community.
Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Participation is at your own risk.
Should you not be able to attend the class after booking a slot, please inform us at least 12 hrs prior to class commencing or you will lose a class credit.
If you have a genuine reason for missing your class, please contact Mother and Child as soon as possible to allow us to run the program smoothly.

Pilates : Tuesday 1.30 PM.
Postpartum
Yoga : Tuesday 11.15 AM.
Pilates : Tuesday 12.30 PM.
Mums & Bubs / Postpartum Yoga
Time : Sunday 9:30 AM.
