Motherhood can be beautiful — but it can also bring unexpected emotions, challenges, and moments of overwhelm. Mindful Mums offers a free, supportive space led by prenatal and postpartum mental health care professionals, where you can share, listen, and connect with other mothers who get it.
Through group discussions, mindfulness techniques, and supportive listening (not advice-giving), we help you:
Recognise and navigate difficult thoughts and feelings
Reduce stress and build healthier coping skills
