  • What foods are best to begin with — and why

  • How to safely and confidently introduce new foods

  • Understanding Baby-Led Weaning vs. Traditional Weaning — with examples of both approaches

  • How to identify food allergies, recognise symptoms, and know what steps to take

When to Attend:

Between 5 and 6 months of age, before you begin introducing solids.
