Timing
When should you take this course?
There's no perfect time — but there is a point where you wish you'd done it sooner.

During pregnancy
Ideally before the third trimester, while you have time to absorb it.
02
The early months
In the newborn weeks, when confidence matters most.
03
Before solids or childcare
Right as choking and new routines enter the picture.
04
As a refresher
If it has been a while and you want the steps fresh again.
Your instructor
Taught by a nurse who's spent years beside new parents
Your class is led by a registered nurse and certified first-aid instructor. Expect warmth, patience and plain language — not a lecture. Every skill is demonstrated, then practised, until it feels like something you could really do.
