“I’m scared of the pain and losing control.”
“I don’t know what’s normal in labour or when to go to the hospital.”
“I don’t want to feel rushed or confused in the delivery room again.”
“I have no idea what happens after birth with breastfeeding and newborn care.”
If that sounds like you, you’re exactly who Holistic Childbirth Prep was created for.
You’re Pregnant… and Slightly Terrified
More Than Just “What to Pack in Your Hospital Bag”
This is not a tick-the-box antenatal class where you watch a video and practise one breathing technique.
Holistic Childbirth Prep brings together:
Mind:
Understand what’s happening in your body, how labour progresses, and how to work with your hormones instead of fighting them.Body:
Positions, movement, comfort measures, and pain relief options (medical and non-medical) so you’re not stuck on your back unless you choose to be.Partner:
Clear roles for your birth partner – what to say, what to do, what not to do, and how to advocate for you without starting a war in the delivery room.Postpartum & Feeding:
What the first 48 hours really look like, how to get breastfeeding off to a good start, and how to protect your recovery and mental health.
